Women Say This… Women Mean That.

When women say fine, it doesn’t mean fine. She wants to end argument and you need to shut up.

When women say nothing, it means something. you should be on your toes. Arguments begin with nothing and end with fine.

When women say go ahead, it means do not go ahead.

When women say that is okay, it means she want to take time to think hard and long before how and when you will pay for it.

PENCIL PRINCIPLE

The pencil principle is a great lesson for anyone of us who wants to be an agent of change. “Be the change you want to see in the world.” Mahatma Gandhi. We can learn five important lessons from this principle.

#1. You will be able to do many great things but only if you allow to be held in someone’s hands.

-          Having a mentorship and coaching to counsel with on your progress and make a game plan to reach your goals and dreams in life.

#2. You will experience painful sharpening from time to time but you need to become a better pencil.

-          This is the challenges, struggles, and setbacks that we face daily while pursuing our goals and dreams. They should be seen as a motivation towards you goal.

#3. You will be able to correct any mistakes you make.

-          This is lessons we learn from our mistakes and failures. Smart man learns from their mistakes but a wise man learns from other’s mistakes.

#4. The most important part about you is what is inside you.

-          This is the belief and the vision you got about the five F’s: Faith, Family, Financial, Friends, and Fun.

#5. Lastly, on every surface you are used on, you must leave your mark no matter what the condition you must continue your duty.

-          Leaving a legacy. “Begin with the end in mind.” 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. Obviously when you begin with the end result in mind you will be more productive. It is also very important to have the ‘whatever it takes’ or ‘no matter what’ attitude towards achieving your goal.
